Can’t change profile

I’m trying to change my ww.wp.xz.cn profile information. I get the edit form but when I try to save it after making changes it give me an error in a red box and the data wasn’t changed. The error says “There was a problem updating some of your profile information. Please try again.”.

I Googled the error and they say it might be because Akismet is blocking it?
