    Hi there, thanks for the plugin! I am using this to show banners on my brand (attribute) pages. This has been working great for some time… however now I cannot seem to change the image.

    If I upload a new image, or even delete the URL of the current image, and save the page – nothing happens, and the original image remains in place. I can confirm that other updates on the page work, such as changing the description.

    Hi @k1t, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue. Did you update the plugin just now and then 2.0.4 isn’t updating image anymore? Can you please give us few more details to look into the issue please.

    As you are not replying to the thread, I assume perhaps the issue is resolved, I am going to close the topic, if the issue persists let us know, we will take a look into it.

    My apologies for not replying! The issue is actually on my client’s site, and they did a workaround so the issue became less urgent, however the problem still persists.

    I am unsure exactly when the issue started, it has only become clear recently. I’ve tried rolling the plugin back to v2.0 and also back to v1.1.1 but it doesn’t appear to make any difference.

    I guess it seems there could be some other conflict – I’m sorry that I can’t give much useful information.

    I do note that in the settings under ‘Enable Device Filter’ that none of the following options are ticked (nor ever have been):
    – Android
    – iOS (Mac | iPhone | iPad | iPod)
    – Windows Phone
    – Mobile (Any)
    – Tablet
    – Desktop

    Just mentioning that in case that could be causing any issues. Should these all be selected? The plugin is working fine on the frontend, so there’s no display issues, just the issue with not being able to update or delete the image in the backend (I’m using it for terms under a ‘Brand’ attribute)

    I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve been using this plugin on my client’s website for over two years, and recently they informed me that they’re unable to change any images. I tested it myself and confirmed that the images are not updating.

    It seems the issue only occurs with existing category images. When I create a new category, I’m able to change the image without any problem. Has there been a recent update to the plugin that might have affected how existing images are handled?

    I also noticed something else, under the “Enable Device Filter” settings, none of the following options are checked (and they never have been):

    • Android
    • iOS (Mac | iPhone | iPad | iPod)
    • Windows Phone
    • Mobile (Any)
    • Tablet
    • Desktop

    When I enable the Desktop option, I’m able to upload and change the image for that device. However, I still can’t change the old “Any device” images that were already added, even though they display correctly on the frontend.

    Any guidance or fix for this would be greatly appreciated.

    @k1t @zydecon The plugin doesn’t enable any taxonomies or devices by default. It is up to the plugin user to enable what taxonomies/devices he wants to enable it for. As for updating/deleting with latest Version 2.0.6, it doesn’t have any issue for these scenarios. If it is still not working in your specific case which we are not able to reproduce, please let us know how to reproduce it and what other plugins you have or theme installed.

    Hi @zydecon Thanks for your video, it helped debugging the issue. I have published a new version which fixes the issue as well as introduces few enhancements. Now you can see live preview of selected image. Please update to the latest version 2.0.7
