Can’t change user password while being admin

    Hi,

    2 weeks from now, we have a problem with our website.
    Thebellylab is a platform where people need to login to see what they buy.
    Sometimes we need to change their password for them but now when we try to change the password from the administrator interface wordpress tell us that the password have been modified but when the user try to connect with the new password they have the incorrect password message it’s like nothing happen.

    Can you help us to find out why?
