I understand how frustrating it must be to have all your checkout fields filled correctly, yet still see WooCommerce treating them as incomplete. Thanks for also sharing the screenshot, it really helps to visualize the issue. To better understand what’s happening, could you let us know when you first noticed this problem, was it after updating WooCommerce or another plugin?
It will also be helpful to know the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried already beyond disabling plugins. Could you please share your site’s System Status Report with us, so we can review your environment and configurations? You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status and then clicking Get system report. Once copied, you can paste the details into a service like https://pastebin.com and then share the link here.
That will give us more context and help in identifying why the checkout validation is failing.
