I did some design changes to my site and the changes don’t take place even though I purged all cache. I use recommended preset and using blocksy theme in wordpress. Here the report number: QESFFHUG

Changes are taking place in new devices that haven’t visited my site so it has something to do with cache.

Also I am facing image related cache issue on my other site too where somehow thumbnail are cached cropped and I can’t seem to change it back to original ratio for the old posts. Changes took place for new posts though.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

the images are usually have browser cache

please try clean up your browser cache or use different image file name , see how it goes

Yes design changes. Purge all doesn’t work. I even tried clean all data from tools in litespeed cache settings but changes still don’t take place in cached devices.

what happens if you just disable the plugin ?

I tried using another plugin named w3 total cache and the problem is solved. Design got changed even in cached devices so it definitely has something to do with the plugin.

based on the report you have provided , I would suspect the guest mode enabled and it was not properly working
