I recently installed this plugin, but it didn’t do exactly what I wanted so I uninstalled it. Now, I can’t comment on any posts if the post was made from the dashboard. I have the P2 theme, which allows front-end posting and those posts work fine.

Whoops! I figured it out. It was a problem with a function I added to my theme.
