I readed faq for error E24 that is problem about curl on host but i checked on my host that is anable.

cURL communication error 7 Failed to connect to 2a03:2880:f002:301:face:b00c:0:1: Network is unreachable
This is a problem for your provider.
Let them either disable IPv6 or fix IPv6 connectivity.
And hope there doesn’t popup a new problem.
As the FAQ says, these kind of problems need to be solved by your hosting provider.
The plugin cannot force internet connectivity.
