Can't connect

Several times today I’ve been unable to load up the live chat on our website and get the message ‘error while connection! please refresh page or contact with us’. I’ve tried refreshing dozens of times via the button on screen and refreshing the page via the browser but nothing is helping.
I’ve deactivated the plugin and tried reinstalling but no luck. I only tried this plugin yesterday and thought it worked great but this has prevented me from upgrading to pro today. Hopefully I can get this resolved and continue to upgrade!
