Hello,
When you go to https://app.constantcontact.com/pages/integrations/landing#/ and click the “Connected integrations” panel, does it list WooCommerce at all?
Otherwise, when visiting https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=cc_woo should show a “Congratulations!” message at the top if connected, according to the WP side of things.
It does show WooCommerce there. But on the admin side of my site it still says “Connect with Constant Contact.
It’s a bit of an odd spot, but if the ConstantContact account dashboard is showing that you’re connected, then chances are that it is overall. However, it’s worth disconnecting there in https://app.constantcontact.com/pages/integrations/landing#/ and re-authenticating, for the sake of getting the WordPress side reflective of the same.
I am having the same problem too. The plugin says it’s connected but nothing is sent to the constant contact lists.
If I follow the link to “authenticate” the app provided in the comments from Constant Contact, it simply takes me to the download page in ww.wp.xz.cn to download the app.
Which is already downloaded and supposedly connected. If I try the “connect store” from inside Constant Contact, again it takes me to the download page on ww.wp.xz.cn. It’s a perpetual loop to the download page and nothing works. It makes me think mailchimp is worth a try over this hassle. It hasn’t worked for months and downloading and uploading every month is a hassle I don’t need.
Yea I never got it to work either @pcampagna2014. I just started reviewing orders and seeing if someone checked the signup box and manually adding them to CC.
Reaching out and passing long the notes in this thread to the appropriate people, to see what may be going on.
Will respond with what I receive as soon as I can, though we also have the Memorial Day Weekend right now.
For those of you having some troubles still, can you reach out to either [email protected] about the sign in flow you’re experiencing, or call 1-866-289-2101 regarding it. If going the phone call route, request the Tier 2 team.
