Would you be able to check for errors in your browser error console so I can help you?

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
2. Reload the screen and check the Console tab for errors, which will show in red.
3. Take a screenshot or copy and paste these errors and send them to me, and I can investigate this further.
