Can’t connect

    Hi,

    Is there any way to connect if we do not have a physical location?

    We have Google reviews, but are just online – so there is no shop front etc.

    Any link we submit to the connection is refused.

    Any suggestions?

    HI @isdoo

    I understand you’re having trouble connecting your Google Business Profile that doesn’t have a physical location. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Go to maps.google.com and search for your Business.
    2. Once you find your Business, copy the URL directly from your browser’s address bar.
    3. Go to the Free Widget Configurator -> Connect Google page in your WordPress admin.
    4. When the popup appears after clicking the “Connect” button, paste the copied URL into the “Google Business Profile name or location” field.
    5. Click connect.

    This should allow you to connect your Google Business Profile. Let us know if this works for you!
