    it were some changes with the domain, and plugin was disconnected (not loading anything). now I can’t connect it anymore via “connect with google” button. what can I do? thank for support

    Hi @tabaki, thanks for getting in touch and for sharing the information. If you have changed your domain but didn’t perform a Site Kit reset before doing so, you will encounter issues when trying to connect Site Kit once more. This is because there is a records mismatch for your site. Your original domain will be on record and not your new domain.

    Firstly. is it possible for you to temporarily switch back to your original domain? If yes, you can do this and perform the Site Kit reset. Once done, you can change back to your new domain and you should be able to set up the plugin successfully. If that isn’t an option then I can request a check on the Site Kit service against your records and get them corrected for you.
