Can’t connect to API

    HI – When I try setting up the plug in on my site, I keep getting this error message: Error: Error while connecting: couldn’t connect to host (#7)

    Could this be something that is a hosting issue? I can’t figure it out. (And didn’t find it searching in old questions).
