Can’t connect to wordpress store

    HI,

    I did a site migration yesterday which I thought was successful.. but when I go to home section of woocommerce it won’t load.. just showing blank. I am clicking on links to reconnect to store.. those links aren’t working.

    Since the migration an order has been placed so I can’t really re-do an export and import?

    When I go to the store status everything looks ok?

    Hi there!

    I can understand your conecnr, please note that WooCommerce, by default, doesn’t have a “Reconnect” button to reconnect a store. Could you clarify which reconnect button you’re referring to? It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of where you’re seeing this button.

    Additionally, could you share a screenshot of the WooCommerce Home section you’re mentioning? This will help us better understand the issue you’re facing.

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
