Can’t Create a new Question

    Added the plugin to our new site and was familiar with it from our old site (purcahsed it a couple years ago and have over 1,000+ surveys), but after creating a new survey, when I click the Create New Question nothing happens. I also tried Add Question from Question Bank and it just spins.

    In the field below Edit Name, I do get Error: ! Please try again.

    What am I missing here?

    Hi,

    As we’re not experiencing this issue at our end so I request you to please check for plugin or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.
