Can’t create a shipment

I cant create a shipment manually or through import of orders. I can’t even make a manual shipment as I can’t choose country to send to.
Also, I can’t save Customer Service and support-information on my profile.
I’ve tried to contact Homerunner through the contact site. They haven’t responded for weeks. Everything is off.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
