Can't create a sidebar

    Just installed ECS and tried to create my first sidebar, but when I click the Create Sidebar button, nothing happens. The progress circles spin forever. Running WP 4.5.2 and Twenty Thirteen.

    I suppose this might be a conflict with another plugin. Are there any known conflicts? Anyone else have this problem?
