    The issue seems to be a site specific issue. It seems to be a conflict with other plugin or the theme which is preventing the discount configuration page to be loaded. To further investigate the issue, we suggest you to try it on your staging site. Please keep other plugins deactivated and switch the them to the default theme and try again. If it solves the issue, kindly reach us from here and let us find the conflicting plugin.

    However, if you are unable to debug the issue, kindly open a ticket here.
