Sounds to me like the javascript is not loading for some reason. Check browsers error log and see if that is the issue?
Thanks for the reply. I’m using Firefox, and not sure how to access the error log?
I just updated the plugin (to 2.5.1) to see if that was the problem, but the same thing is still happening. (I’ve also lost the formatting of the buttons, but that’s not a big deal).
I tried to add a category using IE8 as well, and when I do that, rather than doing nothing, it sends me back to the main dashboard page of WP.
Any thoughts? I’m happy to check the error log if you can tell me how to find it 🙂

The easiest way for me to debug would be to let me have a look at your site.
But if that isn’t possible open firefox goto the Memphis Documents categories page right click anywhere on the page select the ‘Inspect Elements’ a windows will open. Look at the console and report any errors back to me. Also click on the Debugger tab there should be a list on the left hand side of all the files being loaded look for the mdocs-script.js

I can’t see any errors (as far as I can tell). It lists mdocs-script.js but doesn’t seem to show any issues. The site is just a test site at the moment, to try out some plugins, so I’m happy to let you have a look.
