Can't create category

It never worked for me in Firefox although I can do all my other wordpress work there. The javascript for upload photo for category didn’t work pressing the button does nothing.

Then I added one in chrome, but now it doesn’t work there I can delete the category picture but not upload a new one.

I just updated the category in opera as the other two don’t work.
