cant create custom template

i’ve copied/modified /wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/templates/profile.php into the directory /wp-content/themes/YOUR-THEME/ultimate-member/templates/ renamed it profile-new, added <?php /* Template: Profile new */ but it doesn’t show up in templatr pulldowns

so what’s the majick incantation, pls?

I followed your instructions and it worked very well with my child-theme.

If you have created and activated a child-theme the YOUR-THEME is the child-theme.

ihnfi why it isn’t working for me…i copied them everywhere

themes/camerata/ultimate-member/profile-bc.php
themes/camerata/ultimate-member/members-bc.php
themes/camerata/ultimate-member/templates/profile-bc.php
themes/camerata/ultimate-member/templates/members-bc.php

and nada: all i see is default template, in um-forms and um-directories-\

When searching for the camerata theme the folder found is camerata-child
Do you have a camerata-child folder?

Deactivate your child-theme and save your custom templates to the parent theme folder.
