Can't create first admin on dreamhost

I just created a wordpress site on dreamhost.
I’ve waited the 48+ hours for all DNS and namehost settings to be configured, and I got the email with all the different links to start the site.The first one says “Please create an admin user at: http://www.choicemovies.com/wp-admin/install.php”
But when I click the link, it just says “You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.” …and then takes me to a login page.
Can anyone tell me how I can create an admin login so I can get into the site?
