Can’t create my first Backup: ERROR: Error while sending email!

    Hi,

    I’m not able to do my first backup with my e-mail. I tried with other email as well but same problem.

    Hello @lauw
    Sending email has a file size limitation, which can’t send over 25MB, this limitation because of email providers(Google, Yahoo, Microsoft…).
    So email backup normally useful for database backup only ^^

    In case you got any error, please do a backup with other destinations like Dropbox, Amazon S3, FTP, or Google Drive (pro version only)
