Can't create my first form

    Hi,

    I’ve just installed the plugin, but when I click to get started, fill in the fields and click on the ‘Create form’ button, the screen just goes back to the first screen. I’ve tried this as admin and an editor. I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin.

    Anyone come across this before?

    Managed to get it working in the end. Had to deactivate and completely remove the plugin, then reinstall again. Not sure why
