Can't create new category

I have install wordpress 3.5.1 on my local host. set up is done. but i have problem with create new category . while i am trying to create new category it will stop working . i have open the console in firebug i show some javascript error. i dont have install any plugins. i have just set up the latest version of wp. can any one help me out.
