• Hey

I’ve just installed the plugin but I’m not able to create a new course. When I click the “New Course” in the back-end menu I get redirected to the “Courses” tab, which surprisingly includes 2 post I’ve published months ago (before I installed this plugin today for the first time).

So, why the plugin consider those 2 specific posts as courses? And how I can create a new course without being redirected to the “Courses” tab each time?

    Any help would be appreciated…

    Hey there Idan,

Sorry to hear you’re having these issues.

Redirection alone is most likely related to the fact that there is a limitation of maximum two courses in the free version of the plugin.

As for your posts being displayed there that is quite weird. Have you tried removing those posts from the Courses page in your admin to see if that will help? Also please make sure to create a backup of your regular blog posts just in case something goes wrong.

    Please let me know 🙂

    Cheers,
    Bojan

Hey again and thanks for your quick reply.

As you suggested, I’ve tried to delete one of the blog posts but when the courses page reloaded it just “pushes” another old post I already had before.

    What could it be? 🙁

    Hey again Idan,

Could you please try switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if this is related to your theme.

Also try deactivating all other plugins aside from CoursePress to see if any of them is conflicting with it.

Additionally which version of CoursePress are you using?

Looking forward for your response 🙂

    Best regards,
    Bojan
