Can’t create new form

    Hello,
    I tried to create form login from “User registration” -> “Add new”. When I click on “Create Form” nothing happens. In console I see this message: “Uncaught Error: no element is specified to initialize PerfectScrollbar”.

    I tried to remove all plugins, same problem.
