Can’t create new map

    Hello,

    I’m having the same problem as in this topic: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/newly-installed-plugin-how-to-create-first-map/. I’m not able to see or create any maps.

    Initially I realized that the database tables were somehow missing. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. The database tables are now there, but the issue itself hasn’t changed. I’m not able to create a new map and the starter “My First Map” is missing even though I see it in the wpgmza_maps table. I tried deactivating and reactivating; nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling again; again no change.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced.

    Please confirm that your MySQL account has the required access to create records in the database?

    Alternatively, would it be possible for you to get in touch with your host to see if they can pick up on my recent errors while inserting any records into the database?
