Can't customise WordPress theme.

    I’m trying to customise the theme “Twenty Thirteen” that I’m using by logging in to WordPress and going to:
    Dashboard > Appearance > Customize

    But when I try this, I can see a sidebar and a blank-screen with a grey circle with a rotating white dot, and it just stays like this and doesn’t change. Could anybody please help with this issue?

    Hi there BooleanSaddle!

    Are you able to deactivate all your plugins to see if that resolves the issue? Try clearing your browser cache as well to see if that helps.
