Please try the method that I described in my last email: Add a widget, save, then remove it again. It must be somewhere a caching problem. Maybe WPML does some caching. I recommend that you disable caching for admin users.
I did exactly that without success. I deleted the widget completely. I logged out of WP and logged in again. I emptied the browser cache. I set the widget on another place within the sidebar and checked it later on another browser, that I never used before.
The widget was displayed on the new place but without applying the settings as described.
Tried to switch to the WP default theme? Disabled plugins to see if that helps?
Try to use in a page or post:
[tag_groups_cloud div_id=tg_test smallest=14 largest=20 include=5 amount=20 show_tabs=0]

After some month with no problem, I deactivated the plugin and activated it again. Now, where there was the tags, there is an empty space again. How can I bring them back?
Try to clear the cache, if you have a caching plugin. Or view it in a different browser.
Maybe it will come back after a while. If you have only deactivated and activated again, with no other change, then it should come back.
Thanks. I deleted and installed it again. Now, the same problem appeard as it was last time. The solution was to give you access to my dashboard and you fixed it. Can we do this again?
