Can’t customize Theme

I just uploaded Astra theme to my client’s bluehost account – and also uploaded the Astra Child Theme – but am not able to customize it from any of the dashboard links. It gives an error message every time. Help!

As Steven has mentioned, better to ask directly in the support forum for Astra.
However it is important that you share much more detail – at least the the error message that is being printed to screen.
I assume you have unzipped the theme(s) once they were uploaded?
