You can deactivate the plugin anytime from the admin dashboard for debugging purposes.
Can you please elaborate a bit on the exact issue that you are facing? Were you not able to setup 2-factor authentication? Were you facing any issues with the WordPress login with 2-factor authentication?

I had tried setting up another plugin. It did not work, so I had to have the wp-config file edited by a third party as I don’t have direct FTP access. Until I can get that edit reversed, I am apparently unable to use any two factor plugin.
I cannot deactivate the miniOrange plugin using any method. Nor can I delete the plugin from the admin dashboard.
I have successfully set up your plugin on another site and was happy with the interface. But the inability to have control over the plugin is quickly changing my mind.
