I installed it temporarily and now I can’t deactivate it. When I click deactivate -> reason why -> submit and deactivate it leads to 404 error page. My speed of website is slow and I try to delete unused plugins

    Hi @diana677 ,

Glad you reached out! Happy to help.

I haven’t been able to replicate this, as you can see here — https://www.loom.com/share/2146e8743818424993bfa7b9b4e421ca?sid=0ffbc801-e66d-4ecd-9d85-8262e95582a0.

I tried both skipping and submitting a reason, but I didn’t encounter the same issue.

If you’re getting a 404, you might also try refreshing your permalinks by simply visiting your permalinks settings. This is located in your main WordPress — Settings menu. You do not have to make any changes, rather, simply visiting the Permalinks page will “flush” and refresh all the links on your website.

I would also suggest temporarily deactivating caching on your site (if you have any kind of caching plugins), then visit your Permalinks page again.

If the issue persists, please send along your System Info.

Navigate to Donations → Tools → System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

That will give me some more context to be able to help.

Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

    Hi @diana677 ,

It’s been a while since we’ve heard back, and I know troubleshooting needs a little extra time. I’m marking this as resolved for now, but if you still have questions, you can send them along right here, and I’ll be happy to hop back in.

    Have a great day!
