Can’t delete Course Categories

    Greetings,

    I am using HiStudy Theme which included TutorLMS.

    I can’t delete course categories that was included with HiStudy demo courses. https://snipboard.io/cZuYA1.jpg

    I deleted all courses assigned to the categories but don’t know how to delete unwanted categories. I asked HiStudy developers which database table the course categories are saved, so I can delete the unwanted categories, they ignored my inquiry.

    HiStudy stated it is an TutorLMS issue, for me to contact TutorLMS support. No response from HiStudy for requested support id. In googling, I found this TutorLMS community. Please tell me which database course categories are saved in.

    Hey @lifeisspiritual ,

    Thank you for reaching out. Could you please confirm whether you’re using Tutor LMS on a multisite setup or a standalone installation? Also, have you tested for a plugin or theme conflict.

    This will help us better understand the issue and guide you more accurately.

    Many thanks again Maizul for responding. Each site is standalone. I turned off ALL plugins except the ones required by HiStudy, which is Rainbow Elements and Redux.

    Thank you for the update. You can find the course categories stored in the wp_terms table of your database.
