Can’t Delete Subscribers

    I’m having problems with mailpoet 3 where users are not being moved to the trash/deleted. When I select a user and then select move to trash from the list, wordpress will run for a moment and then come back with the user not moved. It even says 0 users moved.

    There is nothing in the log files even when debug mode is enabled so its hard to say what is wrong. I even disabled all but three plugins and that didn’t help either. Did the plugin get updated to not delete general WordPress Users? What else can I look at to try and get subscriber deletion working again?

    Hi @netwisp,

    This list (WordPress Users) or its subscribers cannot be deleted from MailPoet. If you wish to remove them, delete them as WordPress users by going to your WordPress dashboard > Users.
