I can’t delete the plugin when I press deactivate or delete i will be transferred to main site with extension /h. I have not configured the plugin at any way.

Probably you set a custom slug for you admin ( wp-admin ), once you click the Deactivate button, ignore the redirect ( there is no WordPress filter to update it ) and start using the defaults yourdomain/wp-admin/ or yourdomain/wp-login.php
