• I made a form in Mailpoet and the button always redirects to the CAPTCHA page, even though I disabled it in the advanced settings. If I switch back to the Built-in CAPTCHA option and change the page from the default Mailpoet page to something else, then disale CAPTCHA again, it will redirect to the new page. After saving the settings I clear all cache and check in an incognito window.
I use Woocommerce with the Astra theme.

Just checked it with different themes and the problem still persists.

Hi @csomeattila, MailPoet comes with protection against bot signups, and can show CAPTCHA even when it’s disabled if it thinks that the submission is not done by human (to prevent abuse and spam).

Does the CAPTCHA show only during your testing, or is it present also when someone else subscribes (different browser, IP address, computer…)?

I have now tested it on a few different devices, browsers, IP and email addresses, and it shows up every time.

If that helps, the form in question is in the popup on this page: growshroom.hu/leiratkozas

Though I tried putting the form on an empty page as well, with the same result.

I would greatly appreciate if you could help.

    Hello again @csomeattila ,

I visited the page you referenced in your last response, and I saw a pop-up form, but it appears to be one created via Elementor:

Can you confirm this is the popup you’re referring to?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Yes, this is an Elementor popup I tried to use with the Mailpoet form, but it seems like they are incompatible so I went with a different form widget.
