• Hello support!
After the Gutender update, the global style has changed, and links are now underlined and even buttons in the header. This cannot be disabled in the theme settings. Deactivating the Guttenberg plugin solves the problem. The inspector shows index:58. Changing it also solves the problem, but I don’t know where to fix it.
    I don’t use other plugins.
I use the latest versions of Gutenberg, WordPress and Astra.
This problem is now with any theme.

  • Hi @elenatsaruk

This problem is now with any theme.

I tested this with the two latest bundled themes but was not able to replicate the issue; links are underlined both with or without Gutenberg active.

    – Twenty Twenty-Two 1.2
    – Twenty Twenty-One 1.6

    Two suggestions would be:

Contact the Astra support folks to see if they can provide a workaround for you. They have a ticket system, Facebook group, and also a WP.org forum.

Keep the Gutenberg plugin disabled; as it’s meant as a development plugin that gives access to features before they’re included in core, as it says on the plugin’s information page:

Are you a tech-savvy early adopter who likes testing bleeding-edge and experimental features, and isn’t afraid to tinker with features that are still in active development? If so, this beta plugin gives you access to the latest Gutenberg features for block and full site editing, as well as a peek into what’s to come.

You will still have access to the block editor via WordPress core even with the standalone Gutenberg plugin deactivated.

You’re also welcome to include a link to your site here, I’ll be glad to take a look directly. (I visited o.ts but the site did not load.)
