Can’t display lists

    From the contact form 7 plugin when I insert the code can not display some lists. Why?

    Hi, the two versions are:

    Contact Form 7: version 4.8
    MailPoet: version 3.0.0-beta.3.3.1

    мой WordPress WordPress 4.8.1
    Contact Form 7 4.9
    MailPoet 3 (new) 3.0.0-rc.1.0.4
