    i tested on localhost. I have tried many file types but the plugin doesn’t work. It keeps telling “Sorry, we were unable to find the document at the original source. Verify that the document still exists. You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.” Can anyone help me please? thanks.

    For anyone else reading, please note that it’s not really possible for the plugin to work on ‘localhost’ since Google’s servers needs to be able to access the file to be viewed.

    The only exception is if you embed the URL of a document that isn’t on your localhost site anyway, and is already available on the ‘real’ web.
