    Hi guys,

    since the latest update I’m not able anymore to download my backups directly from the “backups” page of BackWPUp. When clicking on “download now” only a tar (I’ve selected compressing as tar since there always was an error with zip compressing) file with 0 bytes is downloaded. The backup file is created correctly and can be dowloaded from the according folder only with ftp software.

    Your help is very much apprechiated πŸ™‚

    THX, Milwa

    Hi guys,

    sorry for the late reply.

    it neither worked with the version from above nor the 3.5.1 update.

    The backup gets created and when I press download it only downloads an archive with 0 bytes. When I create a backup with only the database in it – it creates the archive and the download works just fine.
    So still, the only way to downlaod a created backup with all the files is with ftp.

    THX milwa

    We’re experiencing the same issue here. (not multi-site)

    Any ideas?

    @milwa @gillesgagnon
    Is the latest version fixed your issue?
    Thanks!

    It appears to have. I haven’t checked all my clients’ sites yet. So far so good.

    @gillesgagnon
