    2. Could you disable all plugins except for HappyForms, and see if that makes any difference?

    We’ve tried replicating your issue on Divi, but forms are working smoothly on our end. You mentioned you see your Customizer screen: by that, you mean you see your theme customization options instead of your form editing screen?

    Would you refresh your permalinks in your Settings β†’ Permalinks screen? Just clicking Save Changes without actually tweaking any values is enough to trigger the refresh.

    No change.

    It’s really odd! I hover over one of my forms to attempt to edit them and the URL at the bottom of the browser just changes.

    Out of interest, If you disable all plugins (except for HappyForms) and switch to another theme, say Twenty Nineteen, what happens? Do you still see the same problem?

    Let us know! I’m sure it’s super-easy to fix once we know what we’re dealing with.

    Changed theme only (Twenty Nineteen): same issue.
    Disabled ALL plugins but ‘HappyForms’ (using site’s orignal theme): same issue.
    Switched to Twenty Nineteen theme while plugins are disabled: same issue.

    Now that’s a complete mystery, and we’re sorry for the headache! Would you help us investigate, and finally bring back your forms?

    1. Head over to your Tools β†’ Export screen.
    2. Select Forms under Choose what to export.
    3. Click the Download Export File button.

    Finally shoot us an email at support[at]thethemefoundry.com. We’ll import your forms and take a look directly, and follow up with you by email.

    When we’ll know more about what’s happening, we’ll update this thread for other users which may be facing the same issue.

    The forms work on the website. I just can’t edit them in the WordPress Dashboard. That’s the ONLY problem.
