translatepress – cant edit faq section

    The section in the middle of page with the word “dont hesitate to ask FAQ” cannot be edited/translated, why?

    Hello @glennrom,

    Thank you for your message!

    If that section (“Don’t Hesitate to Ask / FAQ”) cannot be selected directly in the Translation Editor to add a translation, there are a couple of things you can try:

    • In the Translation Editor, press the string list dropdown and search for that text there. Sometimes strings are not easily selectable on the page but can still be found in the list.
    • If it does not appear there either, please check the String Translation interface and search for the text in both the Gettext and Regular tabs. If found, you can add or edit the translation from there.
