Can’t edit list

    Hi there,

    I have discovered that I cannot edit the Disallowed Comments Keys list.

    Page becomes unresponsive, then after several seconds I get the option to exit or wait. Same thing every time? Any thoughts?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It appears that the issue is not related to our plugin, as we do not use or interact with the Disallowed Comment Keys system in any way.

    That said, I suggest taking a full site backup first, then try deactivating all plugins temporarily to rule out any conflicts. After that, attempt to access or edit the list again.

    In many cases, if there are too many entries added to that field, the browser may struggle to render or process them properly, causing it to hang or become unresponsive. If that’s the case, reducing the number of entries directly via the database (with caution) could help.
