    Hi all,

Over the last day or so I’ve no longer been able to open the page editor (I’m using the Colibri theme & page builder). After initially disabling all plugins and re-enabling them one by one, I’ve identified this plugin to be the one causing the issues. I was just wondering if anyone knows why this may be and how I could go about fixing this?

    Many thanks,
    James

@jamesradcliffe we know the issue. We have a fix for it, but we are just installing it at the beginning to just the people that complain in order to check that this will not brake anything.

Please download and install this one. Is the same plugin but with a fix. Please tell us if it solved and/or break something else. We would appreciate the feedback if possible.

@manuelrocha88 Thanks for getting back to me so quickly and letting me know. I’ve replaced the plugin with the one that you have linked and I can now load my page editor although it doesn’t appear in the menu on my sidebar or under the settings or tools sub-menus so I’m not sure how to configure the plugin itself.

    Thanks again,
    James

Now the menu item is back but can’t load the page editor again

@jamesradcliffe please download again, using same link, and try that version and tell me if that worked.

Sorry to be like that but I’m not able to replicate on my side this issue that some people report. It’s related to some plugin conflict and I cannot find when and how it happens.

No problem at all Manuel, unfortunately, I’m still having the same issue.

@jamesradcliffe without looking into your solution it’s not an easy one

I appreciate that, please let me know if a fix is provided
