Can’t edit page with SVG code

While trying to edit a page with bare SVG code (~300 lines, 942KB).

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 966656 bytes) in C:\wamp64\www\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 1995

Memory limit in my php.ini is set to 1G but it still happens. Don’t know what to do.
