    Hi,

I’m not sure if anyone can help me, but I can’t edit my posts with Display Posts shortcodes and don’t know what to do.

I wanted to show a list of posts of a specific category in a post, so I added the following shortcode to the post:

    [display-posts category=”Test” posts_per_page=”5″ include_date=”true”]

Now, assume that the ID of the post with this shortcode is 2000. As soon as I save this post, I’m redirected to the editing screen of post ID 1000 for some reason. I quit and go back to WordPress admin screen, and I can still see post 2000 in the list of my posts. But when I click post 2000 to edit it, the editing screen of post 1000 always opens instead and I can’t edit post 2000 ever again!

Interestingly, post 1000 belongs to the same category as the one I specified in the shortcode (category “Test”).

This happened on two of my blogs, and they have completely different structures–different themes, different plugins and different languages. WordPress version is 5.7 for the both blogs.

Is there a solution to this? Thanks a lot!!
