can’t Edit Savedd Layout

hello.
i make some layouts some time ago.
now i need to modify one of them, but when i click on modify layout the broswer ( i tried chrome and firefox) show a blank page.
i deactivate some plug in but the problem persist.

this is what it show. how ican do? it can be a very big problem if i can’t do it.
