can't edit/add/delete widgets

    Hi i have installed some ready made template which use cherry(whatever it is) and i can’t add widget, remove widgt edit widget?

    any suggest . i will be gracefull.

    Does this happen if you deactivate all your plugins?

    i can’t deactivate any of cherry plugins, when i try to do it i get message : plugin has been deactivated but it is still active

    Have you tried contacting the plugin author about it? That is a little odd that it would still be active.

    Have you tried resetting the plugin’s folder to see if that helps?

    resetting plugins folder didn’t help. drag and drop widget also doesn’t work.
