    Did you clear all cached files? Steps provided below may help.

    (1) If you have another cache plugin, refresh the cache for that plugin.
    (2) If you’re using a CDN (e.g., Cloudflare), clear its cache.
    (3) Clear your local (i.e., browser) cache by performing the following keyboard command: Ctrl + F5
    (4) Refresh your WP Dashboard.
    (5) Check SG Optimizer again.

    The plugin interface works through the WordPress Rest API. If you have a security plugin or .htaccess rules stopping the API from working, then you won’t be able to use the SG Optimizer plugin.
